Are the application requirements different for Japanese students and international students?
The basic application requirements, job duties, and work rules are the same for both Japanese students and international students.
For international students, we only verify that they meet the legal employment conditions, such as their residence status.
What documents are required to apply?
When applying, simply filling out the application form is sufficient.
Submitting a resume or similar documents is not required.
Additional verification may be requested as needed during the selection process.
What is the selection process flow?
The selection process follows this flow: Document screening → Assignment submission (2–3 rounds) → Interview → Job offer.
How long does it take to receive selection results?
We typically notify applicants within about one week after assignment submission or interviews.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the number of applications.
How much Japanese proficiency is required?
Business communication is primarily conducted in Japanese.
We expect candidates to be comfortable with Japanese chat communication, simple writing tasks, and understanding instructions.
Can I work using only English (or my native language)?
In principle, working solely in languages other than Japanese is difficult.
However, we may occasionally assign tasks such as translation or overseas research where language skills can be utilized.
What residency status (visa) is required?
Your current visa status must permit part-time employment.
If necessary, please ensure you have obtained permission for activities outside your visa status.
How many days per week and how many hours per day are required?
The basic requirement is working twice a week, with an expected daily work duration of approximately 4 to 6 hours.
Is it possible to balance this work with studies?
Adjustments can be made for class schedules and exam periods if discussed in advance.
Work can be arranged to prioritize your studies.
Is there a minimum employment period?
We primarily seek candidates available for long-term employment of one year or more.
Where is the workplace located?
Work is primarily at our head office in Tokyo.
However, after four months of employment, flexible arrangements combining remote work may be possible depending on job duties and proficiency.
Can I apply if I live far away?
We primarily seek candidates able to commute to the office.
If commuting is difficult, continued employment may become challenging.
Is transportation reimbursement provided?
Yes. Transportation expenses are reimbursed up to a maximum of ¥1,500 per day.
What are the job responsibilities?
Primary duties include website operation support, data entry, article creation/editing support, and research tasks.
International students may also be asked to perform translation work utilizing their language skills or conduct overseas-focused research.
Can I apply without experience?
Yes. No prior experience is required.
We will thoroughly teach you the basics of the job.
Are there training or education programs?
We provide basic job training upon joining, and senior staff will continue to support you afterward.
Are there dress code or hairstyle regulations?
There are no specific regulations. You may work in casual attire.
Can I enroll in social insurance?
If your working conditions meet certain criteria, you can enroll in social insurance.
Note: For international students, enrollment is generally not possible due to student status.

Is there a path to full-time employment?
Yes. Opportunities for full-time employment exist based on your work performance and results over a certain period.
However, for international students, this is conditional upon approval to change to a visa status permitting employment.
The outcome depends on the visa application result.
Can I reapply?
As a general rule, we ask that you refrain from reapplying within six months of your previous application.
