Our Vision
Sandias Inc. aims to expand BL (Boys’ Love) and otaku content globally. We’re looking for fresh perspectives who can share Japanese information with overseas fans while also bringing real local fandom insights back to Japan.
Our former interns have leveraged their expertise and practical skills to join major publishers and entertainment companies after graduation. Some even continue their journey with us as full‑time employees. Main Responsibilities
- Social media operations & translation: Share our content in foreign languages
- Writing & editing: Create trend articles on overseas BL/otaku culture
- Research: Collect and analyze overseas market data
- Admin support: Data entry and other office tasks using a PC
Requirements
- Japanese: Daily conversation + reading/writing smoothly (guideline: JLPT N2 or above)
- PC skills: Basic operation (Word, Excel, typing)
- Mindset: Enjoy writing / good at coming up with new ideas
- No experience required — you can learn the basics after joining.
Working Conditions
